Dan is a licensed Home Inspector in the state of IL, Certified education in International Residential Code 2006, IL Firefighter 3 & Certified Paramedic State of IL. 12 years. Dan served in the Army Reserves from 1995 to 2003 and was honorably discharged at the rank of  Sergeant with two MOS skills.
